OK International Metcal BVX ( volume fume extraction system)

Dust and fluxfog by hand- and selective soldering process are increasing in Volume and density. Against this issue, the reduction of the flux volume in the solder has no noticeable effect and reacting sensitive onto the health. OKI offers a good range of extraction solutions in the high volume range and also in the tip extraction product group.

The BVX systems are designed for selsktiv table top soldering solutions as well for small rework and handsoldering jobs.

The BVX-100 is a single place system. Only plug and work. The flexarm can be deinstalled and the BVX-100 offers a intergated plenum.

The BVX-200 is designed for more volume, supported by two arms. It is available as a BVX-200-KIT. It is also usefull for two operator.

The MFX is designed for up to 8x 32mm arms. Especially In big plants, where often reorganisation is necessary, the MFX is a perfect island solution.
