SAKI BF-Frontier

IN Line AOI for high mix application. SAKI provide on all there products a very flexible software and hardware combination. The Frontier is desinged for big boards up to460 x 500mm and a high mix of components.

Post Reflow

Missing, off-set, position, Tombstone, flipped components,
polarity, wrong component, point, dust, dirt, no soldering, insufficiant
solder, "dry joint", lifted component, lifted lead, OCR.

Post Printing

no paste, too much paste, cold slump, point, off-set
