Essemtec ROVARIO

The RO-Vario is a modular system, which is able to set based onto the customer requirements. The system is available with 4, 6 or more reflow zones and one or more cooling zones. The construction is maintenance friendly. 600m conveyor with and free motorised and programmable multi line chain transport system optimise the performance. The ofen can be delivered with chain, or mesh transport and also in combination.

The control software based onto Windows computer surface. The software is not only checking the ofen functionality. It will offer as well a complete control of the profiling and in combination with the solder paste data in combination with the product.

The RO-VARIO can be delivered with mesh belt or chain conveyor. The system can also be combined. Optional there is also a multiline chain conveyor available. Every line is motorised adjustable.

The ofen control software include a profiling part for easier ofen setup which invide the solder paste data and the produkt for perfect profiling.
