The Kolb AQUBE® MV9 QUAD and the AQUBE® MV812 sTWIN are the only batch system worldwide for process safe fine cleaning of four screens, stencils or Pump Prints in one cleaning cycle.
The AQUBE® MV812 sTWIN is able to work sequential and process simultan to reduce personal costs , increase the cleaning quality and decrease the circle time.
It removes contaminations such as SMD-paste, SMD-adhesive and stabilizer materials. Quickly and thoroughly. Ideally suited for large-scale productions with several stencil printers. The system is pre-equipped for extended water management and cyber-physically ready for the smart factory (SF ready).
