The SAKI Sirius is a efficient and high flexible Desktop 2D AOI machine with high inspection speed. It is usable for standard SMD , THT solder join, up to 2D paste inspection. This table top machine offers to customers a high-mix low-volume production a high flexibility, simple programmable full AOI solution.

The SAKI Sirius include already all standard functions in the system like the repair monitor.

2D features

For High Flex applications the SAKI 2D systems include many features for an allround AOI solution.
The inspection range includes THT, SMD technology.

The Fujiyama function is desinged for total THT solderjoint inspection. This includes wetting, holes, find pin, fillet and bridge inspection.

By very bad contrast situation, OK/NG function expand OK from NG levels to have a wider brightness range for inspection.

Auto- THT programming
This function offers, without CAD data, to teach THT solderjoint positions.

The Extra Component Detection finds, based on the 100% PCB capturing, lost parts or broken areas on the PCB.
